Constantinos (Gus) and Spiro have worked in the meat business for many years. Gus has owned several businesses in and outside the Market. They went into business together as “La Boucherie” two and a half years ago, to offer gourmet quality meats to a very discerning and loyal, repeat clientele.

La Boucherie offers the finest cuts of meat: lamb, pork, beef and poultry. They present steaks, chops, ribs, roasts, sausages, ground meats, whole and cut-up poultry. They specialize in prepared, oven-ready roasts, steaks and chops using their special spices. Custom meat orders can be filled to meet their customers’ needs or specifications.
