Manos Meats has been in business at the Market for more than 25 years. Kostas worked in the meat business as a butcher for several companies at the Market before opening his own meat shop. His wife, Catherine, manages the Deli section of the business. Kostas and his family enjoy a trip back to Greece once a year to keep in touch with their roots.
Manos Meats offers top quality beef, pork, lamb and poultry, in various cuts: steak, chops, ribs, roasts, prepared kabobs and BBQ-ready steaks with special marinating and seasonings. They also carry pea-meal bacon and ground meats, prepared meat patties and stewing meats.
Manos Deli is famous for its hot corned beef and roast beef sandwiches. They also serve freshly grilled all-beef hot dogs, sausage sandwiches and the traditional back bacon on a bun. Served by Catherine with a friendly smile and all the condiments you may want to add. Cold drinks are always available as well. This is a great place for a fast and nourishing take-out lunch or snack.
