Olympic Cheese Mart was the original cheese shop in the Market. There since 1958, the first owners sold some meat as well. George came into the business in 1960 and specialized in cheese, imported gourmet products, home-made dips, patés, sauces and antipastos.

Now Olympic Cheese has one of the largest selections (400 different kinds) of cheeses from around the world and a complete line of artisan Quebec cheeses. They also carry eggs, butters, jams, organic olive oils, vinegars and other gourmet delights.
