“Uncle George” has been selling his fresh, organically grown sprouts at the same location in the Market for more than a decade. He offers the largest selection of certified, organic sprouts in Toronto. He has seen the demand for the health benefits of fresh sprouts increase over the years. Many of his customers are regulars who testify to the improvements that George’s sprouts have made to their well-being. Sprouts are the most complete and nutritional of all foods, rich with vitamins, minerals, proteins and enzymes.

George sells many kinds of sprouts, grasses, health elixirs, hummus (in many flavours) and power drinks (squeezed fresh from sprouts). He also carries a line of quality pet foods, toys, accessories and treats for pets. His fresh-grown cat grass and cat nip is famous for keeping our pets healthy and happy!

Fresh made salads are also available: the power salad, the power legume salad, and the gourmet sprout salad. Healthy eating for take-out lunches!
